PROJECTS FOR DIFFERENT GROUPS AND POPULATIONS

Visits sick children in Hospitals and Homes, to provide:

There are 5.2 million senior citizens in the country, and 13% of these are in extreme poverty, suffering sickness, hunger and abandonment.

We offer the elderly

Active listening
Affection and Company
Psychospiritual support (prayer, counseling, and reading God’s Word)
Social assistance for those in most need (medication, pajamas, toiletries, orthopedic equipment, etc.)

Holistic assistance (physical, psychological, social and spiritual) for families
Directly in their homes
We implement the following activities: disease, malnutrition, domestic violence, sexual exploitation and drug addiction prevention activities.

OTRAS Other family and community health activities:

Individual psychological care
Family and spiritual guidance (with volunteers trained to provide this guidance)
Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Brigades in the most vulnerable communities
Medical brigades, dental screening, visual and hearing screening services.

ICBF statistics indicate that twenty out of every one hundred Colombian teens have been pregnant.
